Billing questions
How do I pay?+
Sign up, open Membership in the dashboard, pick a plan and duration. Pay by UPI, bank transfer or the payment link shown, then enter the transaction reference. We activate the plan within a few hours and you see it in the app.
What counts as a minute?+
The length of the video you upload, rounded up to the next minute. Re-exporting the same project with a different style does not use more minutes.
Do unused minutes roll over?+
No; the monthly allowance resets on the 1st. Multi-month purchases simply extend the plan.
Can I cancel or get a refund?+
Plans do not auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel. Refunds within 7 days as described in the Refund Policy.
Is there a yearly discount?+
Pay for 12 months in one go and we add 2 months free; mention it in the note when you request the upgrade.
